When something costs 1,100 cfa and you give them 2,100 why do they give you a handful of change back?

Do the kids bugging you to buy a postcard think you will change your mind after an hour?

    Answers:
    1.The person giving the change back needs the change A LOT more than you do.
    2. The boy will keep bugging for as long as there is a huge economic gap between you and him.
    It doesn’t sound like heaven for the family with no roof in the rain.
    Are you involved in humanitarian aide?

    Can’t help you there, as I know nothing about Africa.
    About your dreams, Peter. Some medications do funny things to people. Not all get the same reation. Hope they stop after awhile.
