Dina they would lucky to have you! hopefully they’ll be smart enough to figure that one out. Dina De-Bardina Design is the one! Does your trainer wear leather boots? Sounds like it’s just too fast too soon, sometimes slow betta, (at least at first). But if you stick with it you’ll get fit fast, and it will get easier.

Glad Stefan is feeling better… Can’t wait until we’ve joined the embassy association and we can get our butts kicked together. Hope your toe is doing better… It looked PAINFUL the other the day… Good think you didn’t stop to show it to the trainer, though… She’d have expected you to go through the grueling workout anyway… Heck, this is a country where most women give birth without any painkiller (well, it used to be that way, anyway).
The commisary was amazing! What fun it was to simply walk through as if in a museum, marveling at that chunk of American smack in the middle of Moscow… Enjoy your pepperoni! Me, I’m simply thrilled to have discovered cheap ginger ale in our local Russian supermarket today…!
See you soon!LikeLike

I agree with mc: slower betta at first. That newsletter designer position sounds POIFECT for you, though. Poor toe! When we were leaving for Madrid I dropped a large can of tuna on my big toe, and the darn thing didn’t look normal until we were at our next post! Ugh.

Make sure Camille doesn’t pick up any make-up ideas from that trainer…especially when she “borrows” your mascara. 🙂
