Jennifer Fulbright has a nice article in the Oregonian this week about snow-shoeing at Crater Lake. Sounds dreamy. Is that James and Hesperus in the picture?
Makes me think we should go check out the new ice rink across the street.

Snow shoeing is so much fun, don’t need a trail, but it’s good to be familiar with the area in case the weather gets bad. It’s totally dreamy and tranquil. Just need the right gear, and if you’re driving a Subaru or Land Cruiser no problem.
