Oh QUAIL eggs – I thought they were gonna be these candies we had when I was a kid that look like stones but are a hard candy shell on the outside and I think they were chocolate inside – kind of like rock M and Ms.

We had quail eggs with raclette the other night. They are cute, cute, cute but surprisingly tough to open. I had quail egg squirt all over the kitchen table.

Oh, my lots to wrap my head around. Love the family pictures and the food. Stefan definately is mine, as he likes all the bakery goodies. That’s my down fall. love your blog as I know what you are doing. Wow.
